Southern Bride Magazine Texas Fashion Shoot

Press Release June 2018: Southern Bride Magazine just released their summer issue with Photography on the Cover by Michael Allen. Michael shoots for the magazine traveling all over the South, from Mexico, Texas, The Carolinas, The Caribbean, Florida and more. The magazine editors get submissions for covers from thousands of photographers around the world, so getting a cover shot is a noteworthy accomplishment.

For this shot the editors selected a shot from Michaels recent editorial shoot in Galveston Texas. The team flew to Texas earlier this year to shoot a 20 page fashion spread featuring the top wedding gown designers from around the world. The magazine inspires thousands of brides across America. Michael has been awarded several covers over the past 10 years. The next shoot is scheduled in Jamaica in the fall of 2018.

Michaels professional career has spanned the past 20 years, his fresh innovative style keeps his clients calling him back. For this cover shot Michael found the perfect light on the steps of the Tremont House in Galveston. The hotel was the host hotel for the magazine crew for this fashion shoot, with a 15 member crew, models and editors, the week long shoot captured some beautiful images of some of the most expensive wedding gowns in the world.
